Music launch of 'Matric Fail'

The music of Sudhakar Vasanth’s Matric Fail was recently released in a city hotel. Though the lead actors, Anubhav Mohanty and Barsha Priyadarshini, were not present at the do, other members of the cast, including actors Sonia, Sunia, Usashi Mishra and music director Abhijit Majumder were spotted at the party.
The film, unlike any other recently-released Odia movie, doesn’t have a item song in it. When asked about the reason behind this decision, Abhijit told us, “I’ve composed a funny song called Bhaina ho bhaina and I strongly believe that it will entertain the audience more than any popular item song.” Singers like Vinod Rathore, Udit Narayan, Sail Hada, Subasish Mahakud, Ira Mohanty and Asima Panda have lent their voice to the movie’s soundtrack.
